
Pedro Moya González (Jerez,1988), degree in Fine Arts from the Fine Arts University of Seville. Completed his studies in the Escola Joso in Barcelona, where he specialized in comics and illustration.
Has been working as an illustrator and comic artist with several editorials like Schleich, Blue Ocean Entertainment (Horse Club magazine), SM editorial, Crüilla editorial ( La Historia de Iqbal) and Man of the World. His work has been published in books, children’s books, comics, magazines, newspapers and in the movie “How to Get Over a Breakup” on Netflix.
He has been awarded in several comic and illustration contests, participated in collective paintings and illustration exhibitions in Barcelona, Sevilla, Cádiz and Jerez de la Frontera. He was interviewed for the Spanish comic documentary “Vivir para dibujar, dibujar para vivir”.
His work is experimental and dares to play with different digital and manual techniques, such as the gradual inking for the achievement of different levels of characters’s gestures. His most personal illustrations are marked by an interest in social issues. He uses an aesthetically plastic high defined language, with a balanced composition that seeks harmony with success.
Nowadays, he works as a freelance comic artist for the Horse Club magazine, via Comicon S.L and on a personal comic project.
