About

Pedro Moya González (Jerez, 1988), degree in Fine Arts from the Fine Arts University of Seville. I completed my studies in the Escola Joso in Barcelona, where I specialized in comics, illustration and storytelling.

Over the last years, as a comic artist I have been drawing comics for the Schleich series “Horse Club”. It is published by Blue Ocean Entertainment.
As an illustrator of children’s and youth books, I have published “The History of Iqbal” for the collection of El Barco de Vapor of the publishing house SM.
My work has also been published on book covers, in the magazine Man of the World n°10, newspapers, fanzines and in the movie “How to Get Over a Breakup” on Netflix.

I have been awarded in several comic and illustration contests, participated in collective paintings and illustration exhibitions in Barcelona, Sevilla, Cádiz and Jerez de la Frontera. I have been interviewed for the Spanish comic documentary “Vivir para dibujar, dibujar para vivir”.

Depending on the project, I can adapt to various styles and create both traditional and digital art. My skills include: illustration, comic art, character design, sketches, cartoon, anatomy, portrait, painting, storyboard and concept art.

I am currently working on cover illustrations for the LEGO POWER City and LEGO POWER Jurassic World magazines published by Blue Ocean Entertainment AG, and on a historical western graphic novel for the Franco-Belgian market, for the Albin Michel publishing house, with the scriptwriter Frédéric Maffre.
